Delete your account

From the Android app

1. Open ShiftMate and go to Settings → ShiftMate account.
2. Choose Request account deletion and confirm.
3. Deletion of the account and associated data under our management is completed within 30 days of your request.

If you can no longer use the app

Email us from the address linked to the account. Use “ShiftMate account deletion” as the subject and include only the information needed to identify the account. We may ask for proportionate details to verify ownership.

Data deleted or retained

We delete the Firebase account and associated cloud data under our management, including shared-calendar data. Clear the app data to remove local content. Google Drive backups, local exports and copies retained by sharing recipients are not automatically deleted: you must manage your own copies separately.

This request does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage it separately in Google Play. Minimal records may be retained only for applicable legal obligations and their required duration. Provider backup deletion follows separate technical cycles, as explained in the app privacy policy; payment data handled by Google follows Google’s policies.
